SCIENTIST IN EVERY FLORIDA SCHOOL

The Scientist in Every Florida School program is funded by Thompsons Earth Systems Institute and aims to connect all of Florida's schools (2.3 million K-12 students and 1000s of teachers!) with scientists using a variety of platforms. Through this program, I have participated in multiple professional development events; providing teachers with new content and materials to confidently meet the scientific standards set by the state.
